Since the established year 1977, Yuxing keeps checking the community's employment age and the disabled situation  in the nearby village, , combined with the company's employment needs,          Yuxing developed more than 200 jobs to absorb the employment of disabled people with disabilities. And the disabled person signed a supplementary employment agreement to clear the daily life protection during the day , salary and compensation standards, rehabilitation and other activities. So Yuxing let people with disabilities be in a warm and harmonious environment to enhance the participation of social capacity and achieve their own value.
